Job Summary: Professional responsible for sample management, technical support, document management, and identification of business opportunities in the export area. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity for business expansion and market analysis Description: * Completed high school; * Higher education in international trade is desirable; * Practical experience in the export field; * Familiarity with export market characteristics, processes, etc.; * Basic knowledge of Excel and other Office tools; * Knowledge of retail and hospitality markets is desirable; * Knowledge of BI and QlikSense is desirable; * Knowledge of Spanish and English is desirable. * Manage samples dispatched to customers, analyzing and reporting success rate (samples sent vs. RFQs generated) through shipment tracking; * Support all activities involving technical information, both in-person and/or virtually; * Manage signed documents between us and our customers using available systems (SeSuite, Projuris, etc...); * Identify new business opportunities and opportunities to expand product portfolio; * Collaborate with R\&D on new product development; * Participate in root cause investigations of technical issues encountered with our products in the market, providing high-quality information to support sound decision-making; * Support regulatory activities at both national and international levels. 2512060202191849495
