Quality inspection of materials and services Description: * Technical course in Building Construction; * Currently enrolled in or graduated from Civil Engineering; * Proficiency in reading construction drawings; * Knowledge of AutoCAD; * Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. * Perform technological control; * Interpret construction drawings and technical specifications; * Prepare sketches and technical drawings under supervision; * Prepare quantity takeoff and cost estimation spreadsheets for construction or renovation budgeting; * Analyze and adjust costs; * Develop direct and indirect cost compositions; * Organize technical documentation; * Inspect the quality of materials and services; * Identify issues and propose alternative solutions; * Inspect and take appropriate actions regarding maintenance, repair needs, and storage of equipment and materials available on site; * Participate in training programs when requested; * Assist in planning, execution, supervision, and measurement activities of construction projects; * Perform tasks relevant to the field of expertise using specific computer equipment and software; * Perform other duties compatible with the requirements of the position. 2511130202461866232
