Support in store sales and marketing Market Supervisor Main Responsibilities: * Lead the store's sales, customer service, and operations teams; * Coordinate product procurement with suppliers; * Organize staff schedules, goals, and opening/closing procedures; * Motivate and monitor team performance with focus on results and positive organizational climate; * Focus on customer service; * Support and execute store sales and marketing initiatives; * Maintain store and product quality standards and presentation; * Foster good team relationships; * Handle operational payments; * Supervise internal market routines. Requirements: * Prior experience as a team leader or supervisor, preferably in the food retail sector; * Skills in team leadership, daily operations management, and goal setting; * Proactive, communicative profile with strong focus on customer service excellence; * Sense of responsibility and commitment; * Experience in sales; * Flexible working hours; * Basic knowledge of inventory control, point-of-sale (POS) systems, and performance indicators.
