Under multi-family management, the group operates 22 Rede TOP stores and 5 Preceiro Atacadista stores, totaling approximately 2\.000 employees, 300 checkouts, and 35\.000 m² of sales area. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for operating the cash register and serving customers, adhering to established protocols, rules, regulations, and standards; scanning merchandise and collecting payments; performing cash withdrawals from the register; closing the register; and submitting accountability reports for daily transactions at the end of the shift. ACTIVITIES TO BE PERFORMED Ensure excellent customer service at the checkout by following protocols, rules, regulations, and established standards; scanning/weighing products; consulting code tables; checking product labels, scale weight, and system matching; processing payments; verifying prior authorization and making appropriate notations on the back when accepting checks; and verifying authenticity when handling cash; Ensure cash withdrawals during the shift and proper register closure by counting cash, reconciling totals, signing documentation, and delivering it to the Supervisor and/or depositing into a safe or 24-hour cash box—thereby preventing excessive exposed cash accumulation and ensuring accountability; Contribute to achieving current campaign targets by offering available products and services, identifying missing items, and promptly informing the Supervisor for corrective action; Help reduce front-end checkout losses through preventive actions—including minimizing plastic bag waste, preventing theft, and promptly returning perishables; Maintain the workplace and equipment in optimal working and clean condition; request plastic bags, receipt rolls, and other supplies as needed; Assist with packing and preparing goods for home delivery when required, ensuring optimal packaging; Support related tasks as needed, such as shelf stocking, checkout stand restocking, product pricing and expiry date verification, gift packaging, etc. Requirements **Education:** Completed elementary school **Additional Information:** 100% in-person position **Work Location:** Rua Guararema, 270\.
