Job Summary: Assists in receiving and recording panels in the system, reprocesses pending items, performs cleaning, requests projects, identifies, packages, and stores panels, interpreting standards and ensuring quality. Focus on transparency, integrity, ethics, and safety Responsible for assisting in panel receipt and system recording, reprocessing pending items from the test report, panel cleaning, requesting electrical project and/or diagram, panel identification, requesting tester approval to release the panel, panel packaging and storage, and other similar activities. **Responsibilities and Duties** Assist in receiving test panels and record the operation in the SAP system. Reprocess (under guidance) pending items from the test report, such as adjusting rods, adjusting doors, arranging loose parts, manuals, and door keys. Clean the interior of the panel using a vacuum cleaner. Apply protective oil to the entire interior and exterior of the panel. Remove tapes and labels used during assembly that are not intended for the customer. Request (under guidance) the panel’s electrical project and/or electrical diagram via email sent to the Testing Section Coordination. Scan the QR code on the panel’s product label using a barcode reader to print the packaging label for identification (the label is affixed to the packaging). Request tester approval to release the panel after verifying the reprocessing of all pending items. Package (under guidance) the panel by checking the SAP system for the packaging type required per customer. Store (under guidance) the panel in pre-defined locations using a manual pallet truck. Read and interpret standards, procedures, specifications, drawings, measuring instruments, and/or general instructions related to tasks to be performed. Exercise self-control in each operation/task, observing established quality parameters, inspection frequency, and expected results as described in operational standards, evaluating them visually and/or using measuring equipment, recording results if necessary.
