Job Summary: We are seeking a Construction Technician to work on-site, focusing on service supervision, project support, material takeoff, and quality control. Key Highlights: 1. Quality control and quantity measurements We are looking for a **Construction Technician** to join our construction team in Camboriú/SC: **Responsibilities**: * Supervise construction work fronts on site; * Support in reading and interpreting project drawings; * Quantify construction materials; * Verify completed work and perform quality control; * Assist in contractor quantity measurements; * Organize construction records and reports. **Requirements**: * Completed Technical Course in Construction; * Experience in construction projects (preferably residential or high-rise); * Basic knowledge of project drawing interpretation and quantity measurement; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. **Preferred Qualification**: * Familiarity with Sienge or other construction management systems. **We Offer:** Competitive salary, meal allowance R$ 801.50, coffee allowance R$ 6.00 per working day, fuel allowance or transportation voucher, lunch provided on-site, life insurance; Working hours: Monday to Thursday 07:30–12:00–13:00–17:30, Friday until 16:30.
