Strategic nursing leadership and improvement projects We are seeking a professional with solid experience managing clinical support teams in large hospitals and who has participated in ONA certification processes. **In this role, you will be responsible for:** * Defining and managing Nursing and multidisciplinary team activities, focusing on the safety and quality of care and in accordance with current legislation; * Implementing and monitoring service improvement projects and those related to ONA accreditation, Baby-Friendly Hospital Initiative, and Fiocruz Project; * Managing strategic clinical indicators, as well as their improvement projects; * Ensuring compliance with the Code of Ethics (COREN) and patient safety protocols, promoting continuous improvement. * Participating in institutional goals and advising management on nursing-related matters. * Monitoring performance data and contributing to the structuring of new services or care workflows. **Essential qualifications for this position:** * **Education:** Completed Bachelor's degree in Nursing with active registration at COREN-SC. * **Specialization:** Mandatory postgraduate degree in Hospital Management, Nursing Administration, or related fields. **Job Details:** * Administrative working hours * Location: Itajaí - SC Minimum Education Level: Postgraduate Specialization/MBA * Day Off * On-site cafeteria * Transportation allowance * Dental insurance
