Work under supervision of a senior professional, following the learning curve and assuming responsibility for managing materials classified under the ABC classification system. **How you will make an impact:** * Organize material storage to preserve physical integrity and usability according to each material’s characteristics, as well as to facilitate location and handling. * Maintain inventory controls through appropriate records, documenting all receipts and issuances to support replenishment and inventory preparation. * Request material replenishment as needed, in accordance with minimum stock level maintenance policies. * Sort materials for return and forward related documentation to initiate required procedures. * Print production orders, sort materials, and fulfill user requests by timely provision of requested materials and parts. * Monitor inventory levels and request procurement of necessary materials for replenishment per established policy or procedure for each item. * Sort general materials for Shipping/Production. * Create, manage, and share Packing Lists for each material delivered to Shipping and Production. * Receive, verify, and identify materials. * Ensure compliance with applicable internal and external standards, procedures, and guidelines. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education. * Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency. * Experience with invoice entry. **All our positions are also open to persons with disabilities (PwD).
