Network asset support and centralized SaaS license management A language school is seeking an IT Infrastructure Analyst in Balneário Camboriú (Center). KNN Idiomas is a language school offering English, Spanish, and other language courses. With an innovative methodology, it aims to deliver an effective and dynamic learning experience. **Responsibilities:** Manage and monitor high-performance servers (Windows Server) and storage configurations (RAID/NAS). Perform full user, group, and permission administration via Active Directory (AD). Standardize domain-joined machines and deploy sector-specific software. Manage Firewall, including access rules, VPN, and edge security. Administer Cloud-based PABX (VOIP) system for approximately 100 extensions. Configure and support network assets (Switches, Routers, and corporate Wi\-Fi). Conduct centralized administration of SaaS licenses (Adobe Suite, management tools, image banks, and industry-specific software). Serve as technical liaison with vendors for HR, Finance, and ERP applications. Manage users and files within Google Workspace environment. Perform preventive and corrective desktop maintenance, including assembly and formatting. Manage and monitor peripherals and printer fleet. Previous experience as Technical Support Analyst, Network Analyst, Systems Analyst, or IT Infrastructure Specialist may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this role. Bachelor's degree required.
