Hardware and software support and maintenance Language school seeking an IT Infrastructure Analyst in Balneário Camboriú (Center). KNN Idiomas is a language school offering English, Spanish, and other language courses. With an innovative methodology, it aims to deliver an effective and dynamic learning experience. **Responsibilities:** Manage and monitor high-performance servers (Windows Server) and storage configurations (RAID/NAS). Perform full administration of users, groups, and permissions via Active Directory (AD). Standardize domain-joined machines and deploy sector-specific software. Manage firewall, including access rules, VPN, and edge security. Administer cloud-based PABX (VOIP) for approximately 100 extensions. Configure and support network assets (switches, routers, and corporate Wi\-Fi). Centrally administer SaaS licenses (Adobe Suite, management tools, image banks, and industry-specific software). Serve as technical liaison with HR, finance, and ERP application vendors. Manage users and files within Google Workspace. Perform preventive and corrective desktop maintenance, including assembly and formatting. Manage and monitor peripherals and printer fleet. Previous roles such as Technical Support Analyst, Network Analyst, Systems Analyst, or IT Infrastructure Specialist may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities in this position. Bachelor’s degree required.
