Bridging technology and business, with a focus on results **Job Description:** We are seeking a professional responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and continuity of the company’s technological infrastructure, while also serving as an agent of digital transformation. This professional will be responsible for translating business processes into system solutions and automations, managing physical and cloud infrastructure, as well as software, systems, and technology vendors. We seek a proactive profile focused on processes and outcomes, capable of connecting technology and business to ensure secure, scalable solutions aligned with the company’s strategy. **Main Responsibilities**: * **Infrastructure and Support:** Manage servers (physical/cloud), networks (Wi-Fi/LAN), security (Firewall/VPN), and user support, ensuring the technology foundation supports operational growth. * **Development and Integrations:** Develop and maintain scripts and integrations using JavaScript, PHP, and Python, handling data in JSON format to connect systems. * **Automation and RPA:** Implement and manage RPA workflows and automations using tools such as n8n and other process orchestrators to eliminate manual tasks. * **Digital Transformation and AI:** Configure APIs, connectors, and Artificial Intelligence tools (e.g., OpenAI, Copilot) to optimize productivity and maintain the required infrastructure for these solutions. * **Process Tools Management:** Administer ERP, CRM, and BPMS systems, configuring logical workflows to eliminate operational bottlenecks. * **Business–IT Interface:** Translate executive leadership requirements into technical specifications and validate the feasibility and security of third-party software deliveries. * **Third-Party Management:** Audit external support, cloud, and licensing services to ensure SLA compliance. * **Governance and Data:** Manage access permissions, backups, file directories, and technical documentation (topology and inventory). **Preferred Qualifications**: * Experience with automations, RPA, and system integrations * Hands-on experience applying Artificial Intelligence solutions to business processes * Knowledge of BPMS tools and workflow automation * Ability to analyze and extract data for KPIs (basic SQL or Power BI) * Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) **100% On-site Position** Position Type: Freelance / PJ Contract Duration: 12 months Compensation: R$7.000,00 per month Work Location: On-site
