Job Summary: We are seeking an analytical and innovative professional to implement and improve operational systems, support the evolution of internal processes, and ensure operational efficiency. Conduct training sessions and monitor operational KPIs. **Junior Operations Analyst | Implementation & Improvement of Operational Systems** Itajaí – SC We are looking for an analytical, communicative, and innovation-oriented professional to work on **implementation, configuration, and improvement of operational systems**, supporting the evolution of internal processes and ensuring operational efficiency. **Main Responsibilities:** * Implement and configure operational systems; * Support improvements and adjustments to internal processes; * Conduct team training on system usage; * Monitor operational KPIs and propose improvements; * Prepare managerial reports and performance analyses; * Serve as a technical liaison between operations and management; * Maintain contact with clients for operational alignment when necessary. **Requirements:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Administration, Engineering, or related fields; * Prior experience with projects, process improvement, or system implementation; * Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency; * Basic knowledge of Excel and Power BI; * Analytical, organized profile with strong communication skills; * Availability for occasional travel within the state; * Driver's license is a plus. **Compensation and Benefits:** * Salary: R$ 3.200,00 * Attendance bonus: 7% * Meal voucher: R$ 27.29 per day **Work Schedule:** Monday to Thursday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
