If you enjoy challenges, negotiation, and leadership, this opportunity may be right for you. **Key Responsibilities** * Coordinate the Procurement area, ensuring continuous, efficient, and strategic supply; * Lead and develop the team, promoting continuous improvement and results-oriented focus; * Negotiate with domestic and international suppliers to reduce costs, ensure quality, and meet competitive delivery timelines; * Manage contracts, key performance indicators (KPIs), supplier performance, and service levels; * Collaborate closely with Engineering, Production, PPCP, Quality, and Finance departments; * Ensure compliance with internal policies, deadlines, cost targets, and quality standards. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields; * Proven experience in Procurement and/or Purchasing; * Experience managing teams and conducting strategic negotiations; * Knowledge of materials planning, contract management, and supplier management; * Proficiency in performance indicators (KPIs) and cost analysis; * ERP system knowledge (TOTVS experience is a plus); * Intermediate to advanced English proficiency, with ability to negotiate, communicate, and manage international suppliers; * Analytical, organized profile with strong communication skills and strategic vision. **Preferred Qualifications** * Industrial sector experience, preferably in machinery and equipment.
