Ensure service quality and procedural compliance **Work Conditions:** * **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from **08:00 to 18:05**; * **Employment Type:** CLT – On-site; * **Location:** Itajaí, Itaipava neighborhood **Job Mission:** Coordinate customer service activities and operational follow-up, ensuring excellence throughout the order cycle, on-time delivery, incident resolution, and customer satisfaction. **Main Responsibilities:** * Coordinate the Customer Service team. * Track orders from scheduling through final delivery. * Monitor deliveries, redeliveries, returns, and incidents. * Ensure efficient communication between customers and operational departments. * Resolve problems and manage operational matters. * Monitor performance indicators (SLA, OTIF, service level, and incidents). * Prepare reports and propose process improvements. * Support integration among operations, sales, billing, and route planning. * Ensure service quality and compliance with internal procedures. **Requirements:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related fields. * Experience in logistics, transportation, or operational customer service. * Experience managing teams. * Knowledge of TMS/Softrans systems is a plus. * Intermediate Microsoft Office proficiency. **Competencies:** * Leadership * Communication * Organization * Proactivity * Problem solving * Customer focus * Analytical thinking **Benefits:** * Health insurance * On-site meals * Meal allowance * Day OFF after 12 months of employment * SESC membership * Free parking Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
