Performance analysis and strategic decision-making. * **Team Management:** Train, guide, motivate, and develop employees. * **Process Supervision:** Ensure correct execution of tasks (receiving, inventory, shipping). * **Control and Analysis:** Monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and inventories. * **Problem Solving:** Identify and correct failures to optimize operations. * **Communication:** Maintain clear and inspiring dialogue with the team and management. **Essential Skills:** * Leadership and empathy. * Microsoft Office Suite. * Results- and deadline-oriented mindset. * Technical knowledge of logistics processes (warehousing, transportation, inventory). * Analytical ability and decision-making capability.
