Job Summary: We are seeking an energetic and proactive Logistics Coordinator to lead picking, verification, and packaging operations at a 20,000 m² distribution center, ensuring speed and quality. We are a seasonal decoration company (Christmas and Easter), operating a 20\.000 m² distribution center handling large order volumes during peak periods. We seek an energetic and proactive individual to lead the most critical stage of our operations: picking, verification, and packaging. **Your responsibilities will include:** * Being present on the operational floor, monitoring and directing the team in real time * Coordinating order picking, verification, and packaging * Ensuring orders are dispatched promptly, accurately, and with zero errors * Organizing workflow according to daily priorities and volume * Promptly resolving operational issues * Monitoring team productivity and holding the team accountable for results * Adjusting processes in practice to improve efficiency **What we’re looking for:** * Experience leading logistics operations (especially picking) * A hands-on leadership style — leading alongside the team, not just from the office * High energy and stamina to manage high-volume, high-pressure operations * Strong team management skills (holding teams accountable, organizing, and developing talent) * Quick decision-making ability * Keen attention to errors, rework, and productivity **Preferred qualifications:** * Experience in high-volume or seasonal operations * Experience meeting aggressive productivity targets * Familiarity with WMS **Location:** Navegantes/SC Here, you’ll find a vibrant, dynamic, and challenging operation.
