Job Summary: A professional to handle internal customer service, preparation of proposals, negotiation, and customer prospecting in the furniture and renovation sectors. Key Highlights: 1. Prospecting new customers and maintaining the active client portfolio Our client is an established company in southern Brazil providing MDF, hardware, and finishing solutions for the furniture and general renovation sectors. With over 19 years of experience in this market and 11 physical stores, the company is seeking an Internal Sales Representative. **Responsibilities:** Provide internal customer service (in-person, telephone, and online); Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and sales orders; Negotiate prices, delivery timelines, and payment terms according to company policies; Track orders, delivery deadlines, and ensure after\-sales support; Prospect new customers and maintain the active client portfolio; Assist in organizing the showroom and material displays; Update the system with customer registrations, interaction history, and sales activities; Monitor market trends related to MDF, finishes, and new product launches. **Requirements:** Completed high school education (ongoing undergraduate studies in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Marketing, or related fields are a plus); Prior experience in internal sales, preferably in the MDF, carpentry materials, construction, or finishing sectors; Knowledge of negotiation techniques and customer service principles; Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales management systems (ERP/CRM); Strong communication and persuasion skills; Proactivity and initiative; Organizational and process control skills; Interpersonal relationship capabilities; Results\- and goal\-oriented mindset. **Benefits:** Commission; Meal Voucher; Education Allowance; Health Insurance. **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, from 7:42 AM to 12:00 PM and from 1:30 PM to 6:00 PM **Work Location:** **Neighborhood:** Itoupava Norte **City:** Blumenau **State:** Santa Catarina
