With courage and dedication, we established ourselves in the transportation industry and today have expanded our operations across Brazil, delivering diverse logistics solutions through our six group companies — positioning us as one of the country’s top and largest logistics groups and a sector reference. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Prospect clients by conducting pre-sales visits, leveraging market knowledge, competitor awareness, and tactical acquisition plans; * Visit clients to identify their current and future needs and offer RTE’s most suitable services. * Negotiate sales of less-than-truckload (LTL) and dedicated freight transportation, aiming to ensure profitability for RTE Rodonaves while adding value for the client. * Develop commercial and technical proposals aligned with client needs and appropriate pricing tables, ensuring negotiations comply with company commercial guidelines (e.g., payment terms, system compatibility, etc.). * Monitor billing status, profitability, and customer satisfaction per client using reports. * Ensure post-sales customer satisfaction by maintaining contact to assess evolving needs. * Participate in setting commercial targets for your unit and support execution of tasks required to meet those targets; establish a customer conversion index (Quotes vs. Sales); * Guarantee that the service delivery process agreed upon with the client at the time of freight contract signing is accurately communicated and executed across RTE’s entire service network — ensuring consistent quality standards for RTE customers, whether served by owned or partner units; * Perform other duties related to the activities described above under direct supervision and delegation appropriate to your professional maturity. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education * Preferably 2 years of experience in sales and client prospecting; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Personal vehicle (kilometers reimbursed, along with travel expenses); * Driver’s license category B (CNH B) * Residence in Itajaí and surrounding region **Additional Information** * Commercial working hours * Unimed Health Plan; * Unimed Dental Plan; * Sales Incentive Program — Variable; * PRR (Profit Sharing Plan); * Good Card Pharmacy Benefit; * Life Insurance; * Meal Allowance; * SEST/SENAT (transportation workers’ training and welfare programs); * Gympass.
