




Job Summary: The Administrative Assistant supports administrative activities by organizing routines, serving customers, and contributing to the efficiency and smooth operation of the workplace. Financial and after-sales process support The Administrative Assistant is responsible for supporting the company's administrative activities, performing tasks such as telephone and official channel communication with customers, after-sales support, cash register opening and closing, document filing, schedule organization, and assistance with financial routines. The role is performed under supervision, contributing to workplace efficiency, organization, and smooth operations. Work model: On-site Availability to work in Balneário Camboriú and Porto Belo/SC Schedule: Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturdays, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. * Provide online, in-person, and telephone customer and supplier service. * Organize and file documents, maintaining order and facilitating information access. * Collect monthly fees. * Identify and resolve inquiries, providing support to customers and internal departments. * Support financial routines, such as issuing invoices and payment slips. * Provide support and monitor after-sales related processes. * Participate in meetings and training sessions, contributing ideas and suggestions for process improvements. * Perform other related duties as required and directed by supervision.
