Implements sales strategies and manages the customer journey E\-commerce Analyst 1P and Marketplace The E\-commerce Analyst is the engine of digital operations. Their primary objective is to ensure operational excellence and product visibility across all online sales channels. They operate at the intersection of marketing, logistics, and sales, responsible for implementing sales strategy, managing the customer journey on the company's own website, and maintaining the health and performance of marketplace accounts. This role demands a balance between technical rigor (configurations and integrations) and commercial vision (promotions and competitiveness). **Responsibilities:** **Catalog and Content Management:** Register, enrich, and optimize listings (titles, descriptions, images, and attributes) with a focus on conversion and SEO. **Hub and ERP Operations:** Monitor daily integration of orders, inventory, and pricing between the e\-commerce platform, ERP, and marketplaces, ensuring no stockouts occur. **Marketplace Management:** Monitor account reputation, manage incidents (support tickets and mediations), and configure visibility campaigns (Ads) within each marketplace. **Own Website Maintenance:** Configure promotions (coupons, gifts, free shipping), update banners and storefronts, and test checkout usability. **Performance Analysis:** Collect sales, traffic, and conversion data to generate KPI reports and suggest strategic adjustments based on consumer behavior. **Technical Competencies:** **E\-commerce Platform Proficiency:** Experience with the online sales ecosystem (e.g., VTEX, Shopify, Nuvemshop, or similar). Shopify preferred. **Hub and ERP Management:** Familiarity with integration tools (e.g., Bling, AnyMarket, Tiny, or Magis5\). IDworks preferred. **E\-commerce SEO:** Ability to optimize text and images for search engines and internal marketplace search algorithms. **Excel and Data Analysis:** Intermediate to advanced level (pivot tables and lookup formulas) for handling sales reports. **Performance Marketing Knowledge:** Understanding of advertising metrics (ROAS, CPC, CTR) to monitor traffic and Retail Media campaigns. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising and Public Relations, Business Administration, or related fields. Proficiency in Excel Familiarity with e\-commerce platform tools is a plus. Experience in e\-commerce is a plus. **Compensation:** Competitive with the E\-commerce Analyst position in the region. **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 1:30 PM to 6:00 PM \- (Wednesday: Remote Work) **Address:** Av.
