Work environment that values teamwork and a positive atmosphere JOB OPENING: RESTAURANT MANAGER We are hiring a Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations at our restaurant, emphasizing organization, attention to detail, and excellence. We seek a leader with a professional demeanor and operational presence, working alongside the team to ensure consistency, pace, and care at every stage. Your responsibilities will include: * Working side-by-side with the team in daily routines * Serving customers with courteous and welcoming service * Supporting the kitchen and production * Assisting with buffet restocking and dining area organization * Ensuring quality standards in service, restocking, cleaning, and organization * Leading and guiding front-of-house and kitchen staff, maintaining alignment and a positive atmosphere * Overseeing restaurant opening and closing procedures, inspections, and checklists * Managing staff schedules, time-off requests, punctuality, and team coordination * Supporting employee training, onboarding, and development * Monitoring inventory and operational needs * Promptly and responsibly resolving daily incidents * Ensuring compliance with hygiene and food safety best practices What we’re looking for: * Minimum 1 year of restaurant experience * Prior experience as a manager or team leader * Leadership skills with strong communication abilities * Hands-on mindset, willing to be actively involved in day-to-day operations alongside the team * Organizational skills, proactivity, and an owner’s mindset * Ability to calmly and efficiently solve problems * Commitment to excellence and humanized service * Knowledge of operational routines and best practices Schedule: Monday through Saturday Day off on Sundays Location: Balneário Camboriú\-SC, near Passeio São Miguel How to apply: Send your resume via WhatsApp to 47 99639 3344 with the message: "RESTAURANT MANAGER JOB OPENING".
