We are looking for a **Finance Manager** to lead the financial operations of a real estate development company undergoing rapid growth and organizational structuring, directly contributing to process consolidation, strengthening of corporate governance, and preparing the company for a new phase of expansion.
We seek an operational and strategic professional willing to work closely with the team, leading daily financial routines, promoting continuous improvements, and ensuring the reliability of managerial and accounting information. This role will be responsible for ensuring that all financial operations are fully integrated into the company’s processes, supporting audits, relationships with financial institutions, and the advancement of corporate governance.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Manage the company’s entire financial routine, ensuring execution of accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash flow, and financial controls;
* Lead and develop the finance team, promoting organization, efficiency, and continuous process improvement;
* Ensure proper use of the Sienge system, guaranteeing that all financial information is recorded accurately and completely, eliminating parallel controls;
* Collaborate with the accounting department to ensure consistency among managerial information, accounting data, and data extracted from the system;
* Design and monitor financial KPIs, dashboards, and managerial reports to support decision-making;
* Support external and internal audit processes, ensuring compliance with established governance and control standards;
* Participate in the evolution of financial processes, proposing improvements to chart of accounts, controls, module integration, and automation;
* Support relationships with banks, financial institutions, investors, and capital markets, presenting financial information clearly, credibly, and securely;
* Ensure a high standard of document organization, information quality, and adherence to internal policies;
* Work collaboratively across all company departments to obtain necessary information for financial closing, KPI generation, and strategic decision support.
**Requirements**
* Bachelor’s degree completed in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields;
* Solid experience in financial management;
* Experience with ERP systems and Sienge;
* Knowledge of cash flow management, controllership, managerial accounting, auditing, and corporate governance;
* Knowledge of fund-raising and relationships with financial institutions is considered a plus;
* Experience in the construction industry, real estate development, or the broader real estate market is highly desirable;
* Availability for 100% on-site work in Tijucas/SC.
