Job Summary: Responsible for planning, controlling, and scheduling production to ensure on-time delivery and operational efficiency, as well as analyzing production capacity and managing inventory. Continuous improvement and cross-departmental coordination **Job Description:** ---------------------- Responsible for production planning, control, and scheduling to ensure timely delivery and process efficiency. Conducts production capacity analysis, defines production schedules and required resources to meet demand. Manages inventory and materials to optimize resource utilization and minimize waste. Monitors production KPIs, analyzes performance, and implements continuous improvements. Coordinates with other departments—including procurement, logistics, and sales—to ensure integration and alignment across all functions. Prepares reports and supports data-driven strategic decision-making. **Desired Qualifications:** -------------------------- Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields. Proven experience in Production Planning and Control (PCP), preferably in industrial environments. Strong proficiency in production management tools (ERP, MRP, Advanced Excel). Experience with performance indicators, inventory control, and process analysis. Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma is desirable.
