Main Responsibilities: * Payroll processing and verification * Management and organization of vacation schedules * Control of hiring, termination, and benefits * Support on labor-related matters and interface with accounting * Monitoring of HR metrics * Support and guidance to leadership * Organization of internal people \& management processes Desired Profile: ✔ Proven experience with payroll processing ✔ Knowledge of labor legislation ✔ Organizational skills and attention to detail ✔ Professional demeanor and leadership skills ✔ Strong communication skills and ability to guide teams ✔ Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields Job Type: Full-time, Permanent CLT Compensation: R$3\.000,00 \- R$5\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Dental insurance * Free parking * Life insurance * Meal allowance Work Location: On-site
