About the position **Required qualification:** Completed undergraduate degree in Pedagogy. **Requirements and preferences:** Administrative experience, preferably in the education sector, along with teaching experience. **Knowledge required:** Computer literacy (word processors, spreadsheets, presentation software, email, internet); Administrative routines. **Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:** Assuming teaching duties during teacher absences; Participating in and contributing to pedagogical and administrative meetings, planning sessions, studies, and projects; Reviewing lesson plans developed by teachers; Participating in the development and production of pedagogical and didactic materials; Assisting in organizing and completing documentation; Participating in the formulation, implementation, and evaluation of educational plans, programs, and projects; Participating in school-organized events; Assisting in preparing reports and other clerical tasks. ⏰ Working hours 40 hours per week **Hourly wage:** R$ 18.80 Salary and benefits **Salary:** R$ 3.948,02 **Benefits that make a difference:** ✅ Life insurance ✅ Unimed health plan ✅ Meal allowance/food voucher (R$ 1.00 deduction) ✅ Quality-of-life incentive program ✅ Incentives for training and professional development ✅ Discounts on Sesc activities (dentistry, education, gym, restaurant, hotels, and more) Bibliographic references SANTA CATARINA (State).
