Job Summary: We are seeking a Mid-Level PLC Programmer to work on industrial automation, program development, and system commissioning and start-up for palletizing systems. Key Highlights: 1. We are looking for a **Mid-Level PLC Programmer** to work on programming, commissioning, and start-up of palletizing systems. **Main Responsibilities** * Develop PLC programs for machines and automation systems; * Implement control logic, machine sequencing, and interlocks; * Develop modular and reusable logic solutions (FBs, FCs, and libraries); * Perform equipment commissioning and start-up at factory and field sites; * Carry out integration between PLCs and industrial robots; * Provide technical support to the factory during assembly and testing; * Conduct travel for equipment installation and on-site supervision. **Requirements** * Technical or higher education degree in Industrial Automation, Control and Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields; * Experience programming PLCs in industrial environments; * Proficiency in Ladder Logic (LAD) and knowledge of Structured Text (ST); * Experience developing structured and modular logic (FBs, FCs, and code reuse); * Experience with Siemens PLCs (TIA Portal – S7-1500) and/or Allen-Bradley PLCs (Studio 5000 – CompactLogix); * Knowledge of industrial networks (PROFINET, EtherNet/IP, and Modbus TCP); * Ability to read and interpret industrial electrical diagrams; * Familiarity with field devices (sensors, pneumatic valves, electric motors, and frequency inverters); * Hands-on experience with machine commissioning and start-up; * Willingness to travel. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience programming industrial robots (FANUC, ABB, KUKA); * Experience integrating PLCs with robots; * Field commissioning and start-up experience; * English and/or Spanish for technical reading.
