End-to-end management of the import process and documentation **Description:** Bachelor's degree in International Trade, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field. Experience in import processes, preferably in trading or customs clearance. Knowledge of import and customs regulations and procedures. Intermediate/advanced English proficiency. Familiarity with the Conexos system will be considered an advantage. Organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage tasks. Verbal and written communication skills. Responsible for all stages of the import process, from purchase order request to goods delivery. Assess product demand and plan imports according to company needs, while performing necessary administrative processing. Communicate\-with exporters regarding purchase orders, verify goods readiness, correct documents, and manage foreign exchange payments. Review and manage all documentation required for customs clearance, including commercial invoices, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and other relevant documents. Monitor shipment status to ensure goods are dispatched within established deadlines. Perform import cost simulations and track related expenses, such as freight, insurance, BL release, warehousing, and other costs. Collaborate with customs brokers to ensure efficient and regulation-compliant goods clearance. Work closely with the tax team to ensure correct issuance of fiscal invoices. Prepare reports on import performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and increased efficiency. Ensure all import operations comply with applicable customs and commercial regulations. Maintain effective communication with other departments—including sales, finance, tax, and logistics—to align import operations.
