We seek someone proactive, organized, and committed to ensuring the stability of technological environments, capable of delivering high-quality technical support, contributing to the evolution of our operations, and guaranteeing that our systems operate securely, efficiently, and with high availability. Job responsibilities: Provide Level 1/Level 2 technical infrastructure support; Configure and maintain networks (VLANs, DNS, DHCP, VPN) and servers (Windows and Linux); Create and execute automation scripts (BAT, PowerShell, Shell Script); Assist in cloud environment administration (Azure/AWS/GCP); Monitor availability, resource consumption, alerts, and performance (servers and services); Oversee backup and recovery routines; Handle infrastructure incidents and problems; Perform basic information security tasks (policies, hardening, antivirus); Collaborate on advanced requests; Document routines, configurations, and technical procedures. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Knowledge of networking (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, VPN); Basic understanding of Windows Server and Linux administration; Fundamental knowledge of cloud computing (Azure/AWS/GCP); Familiarity with automation scripting (BAT/PowerShell/Shell); Prior experience in Level 2 technical support or Junior Infrastructure roles. **Desirable Requirements:** -------------------------- Monitoring tools; Entry-level certifications (e.g., Azure Fundamentals); Basic knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy Objects (GPO), firewalls, and security; Experience with GLPI and OCS. **Employment Type:** -------------------------- CLT **PwD (Persons with Disabilities):** -------- YES **Work Location:** ---------------------- WINNING TRADING S.A.
