Assistance in administrative and safety routines **Job Description:** ---------------------- Support construction planning and execution, monitoring services and schedules. Assist in task allocation and quality control, conducting inspections and documentation. Support measurements, technical reports, and material receiving. Control inventory, requisitions, and material storage, ensuring organization and compliance. Collaborate in developing schedules, surveys, and operational flowcharts. Support onboarding, safety, and conduct training, maintaining site signage and organization. Verify proper use of PPEs and safety conditions in the workplace. Complete the construction daily log and assist in administrative routines together with the responsible engineer. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Currently enrolled in Civil Engineering (preferably from the 5th semester onward) or in a Building Technician program, or hold a Civil Engineering degree. **Desirable Requirements:** -------------------------- Familiarity with computer applications (Word, Excel, AutoCAD or similar). Ability to read construction drawings — not required but would be an advantage.
