Assistance with program and equipment installation and configuration **IT Assistant** ================== We are seeking an **IT Assistant** to join our team and support internal technology requests, contributing to the smooth operation of systems and equipment used daily in the company. **Main Responsibilities** * Provide first-level user support (Service Desk / Help Desk); * Register, track, and update tickets in the system; * Provide basic hardware, software, and network support; * Assist with program and equipment installation and configuration; * Create, unlock, and reset user access credentials; * Identify and escalate more complex issues to higher-level support (N2/N3\). **Requirements** * Technical or undergraduate studies in Information Technology, Information Systems, or related fields currently in progress; * Basic knowledge of hardware, operating systems, and networks; * Familiarity with the Windows environment and Microsoft Office suite; * Basic understanding of user support and ticket registration; * Strong communication skills, organization, and attention to detail. **Preferred Qualifications** * Prior experience in Service Desk or Help Desk.
