Initial support for employees **Responsibilities** Support HR Department routines, such as onboarding, offboarding, and employee record updates; Assist in time tracking, vacation management, leaves of absence, and medical certificates; Support payroll and benefits-related data entry; Provide initial support to employees to clarify simple HR- and Personnel-related questions; Support compliance with deadlines and legal obligations of the department; Maintain organized and up-to-date internal files, records, and controls; Support administrative HR processes, such as basic controls and reports; Provide support for other departmental activities as needed. **Requirements** Currently pursuing or having completed a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or related fields; Basic knowledge of HR Department routines; Familiarity with labor legislation; Experience with payroll and personnel management systems; Availability to work Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM. ***Univali values inclusion and equal opportunity; all positions are open to persons with disabilities and INSS-rehabilitated individuals.*** Employment Type: Permanent CLT Salary: R$3.000,00 - R$3.100,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Education allowance * Private pension plan * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
