We offer services ranging from recruitment and selection to HR management consulting. **Responsibilities:** Support in financial routines, such as bank reconciliation, payment scheduling, expense registration in the system, customer registration, credit analysis, among others. Issuance of invoices in the system. Support in procurement department activities. Support in various administrative tasks as required by departments. Previous experience as Office Assistant, Operations Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or Secretary may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
