As a **CNC Setup Operator**, you are responsible for ensuring production efficiency and quality, promoting optimized machine operation, and contributing to cost and waste reduction in the machining department. Teamwork capability is essential, as all activities require close and constant collaboration with over 100 colleagues across two large industrial buildings. **Responsibilities and Duties** Your objective will be to ensure productive process efficiency, contributing to brand growth. * **Machine Setup and Adjustment** – Configure and calibrate CNC lathes according to production programming. * **Tool Setup and Replacement** – Perform tool changes and adjustments to ensure machining precision. * **Quality Inspection** – Verify dimensions of machined parts using measuring instruments. * **Production Recording** – Maintain up-to-date entries in the ERP system. * **Process Monitoring** – Monitor machine performance and suggest adjustments to improve efficiency. * **Preventive Maintenance** – Ensure proper lubrication and cleaning of CNC machines. * **Safety and Organization** – Strictly comply with safety regulations and departmental organization standards. **Requirements and Qualifications** To apply, it is important to understand the legal requirements for this position: * Completed High School education. * Technical or vocational training in Machining, Mechanics, or related fields; * Relevant work experience; * Experience reading and interpreting technical drawings. * Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team. **Additional Information** We call it the **Censi Way**: prioritizing choices and routines that enable us to achieve and grow in life.
