Management and continuous development of the accounting team Human Resources Consulting is seeking an Accounting Analyst in Balneário Camboriú. MMS Human Resources Consulting provides customized HR solutions, focusing on talent development and management. With an experienced team, the company aims to optimize processes and promote workplace satisfaction. **Responsibilities:** Accounting and bank reconciliation, ensuring entries are properly recorded and verified across various ERP systems. Monthly and annual accounting closing, guaranteeing preparation and review of balance sheets, trial balances, and financial statements. Results analysis and preparation of accounting reports, ensuring accurate data calculation and compliance with accounting standards. Generation and submission of ancillary accounting obligations, such as SPED Contábil and ECF, in accordance with legal deadlines and requirements. Participation in ERP system migration and integration projects, performing accounting adjustments and adapting routines to newly implemented systems. Support for internal and external audits by providing necessary accounting information for review and evaluation. Management of the accounting team, promoting continuous employee development; responsible for applying team performance evaluations, preparing Individual Development Plans (IDPs), monitoring timekeeping records, and conducting feedback meetings with the team. Position based in Balneário Camboriú / SC. Previous experience as Financial Analyst, Cost Analyst, Controller Analyst, or Audit Analyst may indicate suitability for some of the responsibilities of this role. Bachelor's degree required.
