Will be responsible for financial planning, policy development, budget implementation, and improvement of internal controls. **Main Responsibilities** * Coordinate financial routines and support the executive team in strategic scenarios. * Implement and monitor the company's **budget**. * Identify cost-saving opportunities and process optimization opportunities. * Establish financial policies and controls. * Implement and integrate **financial management software** (currently everything is handled via spreadsheets). * Ensure operational compliance. * Lead the finance assistant and define roles and activity workflows. **Requirements** * Education: Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields. * 5+ years of experience in finance. * Experience in **process implementation and finance department structuring**. * Proficiency in cash flow management, budgeting, and cost analysis. * Excellent proficiency in financial software (preference: Digitatt). * Strategic mindset, organized, ethical, and owner-oriented.
