We're eagerly awaiting your arrival! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide first-level technical support to users (in-person and remote); * Assist with installation, configuration, and maintenance of computers and peripherals; * Handle and log IT service requests; * Assist with maintenance of local area networks (LAN), cabling, and connections; * Support software and operating system installation and updates; * Perform basic backup routines and file organization; * Assist with IT equipment inventory control; * Escalate technical issues to higher support levels when necessary; * Support the IT team in administrative and operational tasks; * Ensure proper functioning and security of IT resources. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education (technical or undergraduate degree in IT currently pursued is desirable); * Basic knowledge of IT (hardware, software, and operating systems); * Basic knowledge of Windows and Microsoft Office suite; * Fundamental understanding of computer networking; * Ability to quickly learn new technologies; * Strong communication and organizational skills; * Teamwork capability; * Proactivity and sense of responsibility; * Prior technical support experience is desirable (internship or trainee roles accepted). **Additional Information** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, and Saturday until noon. * **At Cantu INC, you'll have access to these benefits:** * Meal allowance; * Transportation allowance; * TotalPass; * Health insurance; * Dental insurance; * Life insurance; * Zenklub platform – emotional health and wellness support; * Partnership with Petlove – pet benefits. **Inclusive job opportunity also available for people with disabilities.** We are the technology and logistics platform enabling comprehensive tire solutions, guiding buyers and supporting sellers.
