MMS Human Resources Consulting provides customized HR solutions, focusing on talent development and management. With an experienced team, the company seeks to optimize processes and promote workplace satisfaction. **Responsibilities:** Map and analyze internal processes, identifying opportunities for innovation, automation, and productivity gains. Conduct requirements gathering and documentation with business areas, translating needs into feasible technological solutions. Lead the evaluation, implementation, and monitoring of new tools and systems. Research, test, and validate new technologies that can optimize operations and generate competitive advantage. Provide technical support for system integration and workflow automation using programming languages (Python, JavaScript, etc.). Monitor KPIs and prepare performance and project outcome reports for innovation initiatives. Previous experience as an Innovation Specialist, Innovation Consultant, Innovation Coordinator, or Innovation Manager may indicate alignment with some activities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
