Our headquarters is located in Itapema/SC, and we also operate in Balneário Camboriú, Camboriú, Itajaí, Navegantes, and Porto Belo. **ABOUT THIS OPPORTUNITY** **Audiovisual and Narrative Strategy** * Define video strategy per brand, product, and channel; * Build and sustain institutional and development-related audiovisual narratives; * Translate branding, architecture, product, and experiential concepts into audiovisual language; * Ensure aesthetic consistency, tone of voice, and storytelling coherence across videos. **Video Content Planning and Production** * Plan the audiovisual production calendar (institutional, product, construction progress, campaigns, and recurring content); * Strategically script videos (institutional, commercial, conceptual, and performance-oriented); * Shoot, direct, edit, and finalize videos to senior-level quality standards; * Manage versions, cuts, and adaptations per channel (digital, paid media, social media, presentations, and events). **Production, Vendor, and Schedule Management** * Manage internal and external productions (production companies, freelancers, motion designers, voice-over artists); * Define scopes, timelines, budgets, and deliverables for video projects; * Monitor deadlines, costs, and delivery quality; * Proactively prevent rework, delays, and scope deviations; **Performance-Oriented Content and Digital Channels** * Develop performance-driven videos (paid media, social ads, landing pages, and funnels); * Continuously optimize creatives based on performance metrics (retention, CTR, engagement, conversion); * Create video variations guided by test hypotheses and learnings; * Collaborate with Media and Digital teams to maximize results. **WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:** * Degree in Communications, Film, Audiovisual Arts, Advertising, Marketing, or related fields; * Solid experience as a Video Maker in marketing environments; * Proficiency in editing and post-production tools; * Experience in institutional and commercial audiovisual productions; * Strategic mindset and refined aesthetic sensibility; * Ability to organize and manage multiple projects; * Critical thinking and attention to detail; * Clear communication and cross-functional collaboration; * Proactivity and autonomy; * Ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines and pressure; * Results- and performance-oriented mindset. **Desirable** * Experience in real estate, luxury, or premium brands; * Experience producing performance videos for paid media; * Experience managing vendors and external productions; * Knowledge of motion design and animation. **Technical Competencies:** * Audiovisual strategy and narrative; * Scriptwriting and storytelling; * Video shooting and editing (advanced level); * Video direction and cinematic language; * Motion graphics and post-production; * Audiovisual project management; * Performance video and digital media; * Real estate marketing and branding.
