




Job Summary: A communications professional responsible for social media content creation and management, graphic material development, and communication monitoring. Key Highlights: 1. Social media content creation and management 2. Development of graphic and multimedia materials 3. Monitoring and support for internal and external communication **Working Hours: 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday** * Create content (videos, posts, and photographs) for social media; * Organize, post, and publish materials on social media when necessary; * Develop graphic materials; * Prepare social media management reports; * Accompany and document photographic records of activities and event participation; * Perform social media monitoring and responsive actions when necessary; * Develop generic programs such as word processors, spreadsheets, and multimedia software; * Record and support the dissemination of daily and monthly communication production controls; * Request quotations and/or purchase materials and hire services required for communication-related activities; * Classify invoices, enter them into the control system, and forward them to the responsible department; * Monitor the communication activity schedule; * Assist in creating and monitoring communication indicators.
