Job Summary: A professional responsible for supervising, inspecting, and overseeing sanitation services, equipment operation, and team coordination, ensuring quality and compliance. Water quality monitoring and customer service Supervise, inspect, and oversee operational, maintenance, and construction activities within water supply systems, sanitary sewerage systems, road resurfacing works, and water intake and treatment facilities, ensuring compliance with quality standards, safety requirements, and technical regulations, and implementing corrective measures when necessary. Coordinate and support service scheduling, issue work orders, allocate manpower, evaluate team performance and productivity, and train and guide new employees. Supervise work performed by in-house teams, contractors, and subcontractors—including dams, wells, water and effluent treatment plants, distribution networks, and auxiliary systems. Operate specialized equipment such as geophones for leak detection; conduct technical inspections; collect and register data on networks and interferences; take photographic records; and prepare or assist in preparing technical and operational reports for water supply and sewage systems (SAA and SES). Monitor the physical-chemical quality of water and the distribution network by collecting samples, performing analyses, recording results, preparing chemical solutions, controlling dosages, and ensuring minimum stock levels of products and supplies, in accordance with regulatory agency norms and resolutions (CONAMA, FATMA, and the Ministry of Health). Provide customer service, record incidents, monitor traffic-related events involving company vehicles, and report required actions. Periodically inspect equipment, vehicles, materials, tools, uniforms, and personal protective equipment (PPE), requesting maintenance, replacements, and minor purchases as needed, while ensuring proper organization, cleanliness, and storage. Perform administrative support tasks, such as clarifying timekeeping discrepancies, collecting document signatures, conducting safety dialogues, reporting occupational accidents, applying disciplinary actions per HR Department guidelines, and managing uniform and PPE distribution. Operate vehicles in compliance with current legislation and produce maps and sketches using QGIS or AutoCAD. Shift: Spanish shift (with occasional Sunday and holiday shifts); Hours: 12:00–16:00 and 17:00–21:00.
