If you are passionate about accident prevention, implementing improvements, and promoting safety culture, we want to meet you! Our client operates in the civil construction industry. Responsibilities: * Inspect work areas, machinery, equipment, and environmental conditions; * Identify occupational hazards and propose preventive measures; * Guide and train employees on PPEs and safety regulations; * Investigate accidents and propose corrective and preventive actions; * Manage documentation, authorizations, and validity of employee and third-party training records; * Monitor high-risk activities (e.g., working at heights, electricity) and ensure compliance with NRs (Brazilian Regulatory Standards); * Support managers and teams in implementing safe practices and organizing the Internal Accident Prevention Committee (CIPA); * Prepare safety reports and indicators, and support educational campaigns; * On-site work at construction sites; * Other related duties. Requirements: * Completed Technical Course in Occupational Safety and active registration with the regulatory council; * Advanced knowledge of occupational health and safety legislation and Regulatory Standards (NRs); * Prior experience on vertical construction sites; * Driver's license category B; * Residency in the region.
