Job Summary:
A professional responsible for inspecting workplaces, identifying and eliminating risks, monitoring regulatory standards, and training employees on safety.
Key Highlights:

3. Train and raise employee awareness regarding safety procedures
**Working Hours: 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM**
* Conduct workplace inspections, identify hazardous conditions, and take necessary measures to eliminate risk conditions;
* Monitor changes in occupational safety regulatory standards applicable to the company, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation;
* Assist in gathering information for preparing labor defense documentation;
* Monitor technical expert assessments arising from judicial proceedings;
* Train, guide, and raise employee awareness regarding mandatory and recommended attitudes and procedures for occupational safety;
* Assist the Human Resources Department in assigning employees undergoing rehabilitation or returning to work;
* Develop occupational safety training programs, including awareness-raising and dissemination of safety standards;
* Inspect fire protection equipment to reduce risks, ensure safety, and maintain equipment validity deadlines;
* Instruct employees and implement corrective measures for proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE);
* Identify unhealthy working conditions and adopt protective, preventive, and/or corrective measures to safeguard worker health;
* Assist in preparing technical reports: PCMSO, LTCAT, PPRA, PPP;
* Collaborate with CIPA programs to implement corrective and preventive solutions for occupational accidents;
* Analyze occupational accident and occupational disease absenteeism statistics to implement corrective measures;
* Investigate occupational accidents, analyze root causes, and issue the Occupational Accident Communication (CAT) if required;
* Audit PPE delivery records;
* Deliver or prepare materials for Safety Dialogues (DS);
* Prepare training and safety indicators for activity report generation.
