We are looking for someone who is passionate about innovation and will contribute to shaping our future. **This and all other posted positions are open to persons with disabilities (PcD)** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop RF design and studies, and preliminary network planning for mobile network coverage at specific points and areas of interest; * Define and adjust radio propagation models; * Generate coverage maps (plots), signal level analysis maps, availability maps, service level maps, and data rate (throughput) maps; * Develop methodologies for measurement collection and validation of practical field data (drive test), including generation and analysis of compliance reports; * Analyze, monitor, and optimize KPIs to improve the physical and logical performance of the mobile network. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Skills:** Flexibility and adaptability to business needs, people, and processes; Strong communication skills; Innovative mindset; Experience in planning; Mathematical models for radio frequency projection. Basic knowledge of Radio Frequency; Microsoft Office suite; English proficiency. **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and/or Telecommunications **Preferred Qualifications:** Experience with Planet \| RF Planning and Optimization Software; Valid driver’s license. **Additional Information** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM and from 1:12 PM to 6:00 PM.
