Your key responsibilities include: Reviewing and verifying credit and financing documents; Managing internal processes and tracking stages; Entering and registering proposals in the system; Controlling the operational agenda and organizing tasks; Supporting business analysis to enable transactions; Performing administrative routines related to the department. **We’d love it if you have the following qualifications:** ; Experience in **document management** and **operational routines**; Background as a **Credit Analyst** or in related fields; Organized, detail-oriented profile with strong prioritization skills; Strong communication skills and ability to work under deadlines. **Nice-to-have qualifications:** ; Technical or higher education in related fields; Experience in the **financial market**; Familiarity with **notary offices** and real estate market operations; Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot). **Location:** Balneário Camboriú/SC – Pioneiros **What are my working hours?** Monday to Friday (business hours) **We offer:** All necessary tools to perform your role effectively; A modern and well-equipped workplace with all amenities.
