Then let’s dive deeper into the role you’re applying for! **Your mission on this journey:** * Operationalize the entire procurement process (receiving and analyzing purchase requests, obtaining quotations, selecting suppliers compliant with internal purchasing policies, negotiation); * Evaluate and re-evaluate suppliers; * Verify purchased products or conduct technical analysis jointly with the requester to validate receipt; * Manage contracts to ensure they meet demand requirements and comply with our policies; * Operationalize the financial process for receiving invoices, verify them, and forward them to our finance team for payment; * Prepare, organize, analyze, and archive documents related to company purchases; verify and track documents and approvals; * Collect and tabulate data to support organizational projects; * Support internal controls within the department; * Contribute to maintaining and continuously improving the company’s procurement process; * Generate general reports, create charts, and develop and verify spreadsheets for managerial analysis; **To fill your \[position] at Next, you need:** * Minimum 3 years of technical experience * Completed technical or higher education * Basic Office suite proficiency * Basic English proficiency **Why work at NEXT SHIPPING?
