Work in the financial and billing modules (TISS/SUS) ### **Job Title** Junior Support Analyst ### **Job Description** You will be part of the team providing technical support for Philips’ Tasy solutions, with primary focus on the **Tasy System**, working directly with healthcare clients. **Your responsibilities will include:** * Handling and resolving tickets, ensuring technical and functional analysis of requests; * Ensuring high-quality customer service and satisfaction, with emphasis on quality and SLA compliance; * Working in the **Tasy System’s financial module**, focusing on billing processes; supporting billing rules, health plan pricing, and system configuration; * Supporting activities related to **TISS (ANS) billing** and **SUS billing**, in accordance with current regulations; * Performing data analysis and SQL database queries to assist in incident resolution and address client inquiries. **To succeed in this role, you must have:** • Completed high school; preferably currently enrolled in or having completed a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or related fields; * Experience with the **Tasy System** (mandatory), especially in billing or financial contexts; * Knowledge of **ANS TISS billing**, health plan pricing rules, and basic understanding of **SUS billing**; * Experience providing technical support for systems using **SQL databases**; * Knowledge of **Java** (a significant advantage); * Experience in customer support, with preference given to candidates who have supported systems in financial or hospital environments; * Strong communication, negotiation, organizational, and initiative skills; * Availability to work in a **hybrid model (3 days onsite / 2 days remote)** in **Blumenau – SC**. **How we work together** We believe that we are better together than apart.
