Job Summary: Professional to work for a food export company, responsible for export processes, customer and international supplier service, and document management. Key Highlights: 1. Involvement in area-related projects **LEARN ABOUT THE HIRING COMPANY:** "Food export company" **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** Entering and updating complete information in the system; Providing service (via email/telephone) to international suppliers and customers to follow\-up the entire process, from closing negotiations through container delivery; Providing necessary support and planning to producers and/or customers to ensure smooth operational processes, including pre\- and post\-shipment activities; Preparing, issuing, and reviewing export documents; Collecting payments from customers; Conducting claim analysis; Participating in area-related projects; Requesting courier services to send documentation to customers; Analyzing and managing additional labels for shipment, as well as validating them with the importer; Scheduling shipments and sending shipping schedules to importers; Final review and validation of all required certificates. **REQUIREMENTS:** Minimum 1 year of experience in export processes; Advanced English proficiency; **EDUCATION:** Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree in International Trade (COMEX) or related fields. **\*\*COMPENSATION:** \*\*Salary expectations under evaluation \+ benefits (Health Insurance, Education Allowance, Meal Voucher) **WORK SCHEDULE:** Monday to Friday **WORK LOCATION:** Itajaí/SC **EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** CLT
