Job Summary: The Accounting Assistant will support accounting routines, ensuring financial organization and compliance with the company's obligations. Key Highlights: 1. Will support accounting routines and the organization of financial information. 2. Will contribute to the preparation of accounting and financial reports. 3. Will assist in tax calculation and submission of ancillary obligations. We are seeking an Accounting Assistant to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to support the company's accounting routines, contributing to the organization of financial information and compliance with accounting obligations. Main Responsibilities:\- Perform accounting entries accurately and systematically, ensuring the integrity of financial information.\- Assist in preparing accounting and financial reports, facilitating decision-making.\- Support bank and accounting account reconciliations, ensuring accuracy of records.\- Contribute to monthly accounting closing, collaborating with the team to meet deadlines.\- Assist in tax calculation according to the applicable tax regime (Presumed Profit and Real Profit).\- Support submission and organization of ancillary obligations, maintaining documentation in compliance. Position: Accounting Assistant Employment Type: CLT (Permanent) Professional Area: Accounting Number of Openings: 1 Benefits: \- Transportation allowance (no employee deduction). * Meal or food allowance of R$15.78/day (no employee deduction). * UNIODONTO dental plan (R$29.00/month), after probation period. * Partnerships with SESC and SESCON. Requirements: \- Currently enrolled in Accounting Sciences or holding a technical degree in Accounting. * Basic knowledge of accounting entries and accounting routines. * Familiarity with account reconciliation and financial organization. * Basic computer skills, especially in Excel.
