




Job Summary: Handle technical incident resolution, administer and maintain NGFW firewalls, participate in migration projects, and support the architecture team. Key Highlights: 1. Familiarity with Zabbix, Grafana, and cloud environments **Schedule: Monday to Friday:** 08:00 AM – 12:00 PM and 02:00 PM – 06:00 PM **Your Responsibilities:** Respond to technical requests and resolve incidents. Administer and maintain NGFW firewalls (FortiGate, SonicWall, or similar). Participate in firewall and Fortinet network migration and implementation projects. Document configurations, processes, and generate security reports. Support the architecture team by assisting in information gathering, technical requirement definition, and solution design. Log activities in the Service Desk system, use and maintain the knowledge base. **Requirements to Apply:** Experience in NGFW and corporate network administration. Advanced knowledge of routing, VLANs, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and Application Control. Ability to analyze logs and troubleshoot performance, connectivity, and network issues. Familiarity with Zabbix, Grafana, and password vault tools.
