Mid-Level Backend Developer (On-site)

We are looking for a developer to work on the development and evolution of systems, participating from requirements gathering through to delivery and maintenance of solutions. If you love technology, enjoy solving problems, and want to grow in a dynamic environment, this opportunity is for you. **Responsibilities:** * Gather requirements and support system analysis with users; * Develop, maintain, and evolve systems (corrective, preventive, and evolutionary); * Participate in data modeling and solution architecture; * Perform tests and validations in simulated environments; * Fix bugs and implement continuous improvements to systems; * Provide technical support and training to users when necessary; * Collaborate with project teams, adhering to schedules; * Contribute improvements, new technologies, and development best practices; * Ensure code quality, application performance, and security; * Comply with LGPD guidelines and data protection best practices. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology (in progress or completed – minimum 50%); * Minimum 2 years of experience in system development; * Proficiency in PHP; * Basic knowledge of databases and programming logic; * Familiarity with code versioning (Git); * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. **Technical Knowledge (Desirable):** * Object-oriented programming and service-oriented architecture; * Agile methodologies; * Continuous integration; * Databases: SQL Server, MySQL/MariaDB, PostgreSQL; * Web development: JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3; * PHP frameworks (Laravel, Symfony, Zend or similar); * JavaScript frameworks and libraries (jQuery and others); * Python knowledge (Django, Flask) is a plus; * Experience with CMS (WordPress, Joomla); * Familiarity with Linux/Unix environments; * GIS knowledge is considered a plus. **What We Expect From You:** * Proactivity and willingness to learn; * Organization and commitment to deliverables; * Good communication and teamwork skills; * Interest in continuous improvement.
